Accessibility Information

1. The meeting will start at 7pm and run to 9pm. There will be no breaks.

2. The meeting is held online using Zoom. You can get the latest Zoom accessibility information here.

3. Attendees are encouraged not to use blurred or image backgrounds.

4. Reports and background materials for the meeting will be made available at least 24 hours prior to the event in PDF format, on the event on the website.
