About the event
Plant-Based Schools is a parent-led community creating plant-based menu changes, making compassionate and sustainable choices the norm. Together, parents are making significant menu changes that are better for children, the animals, and the planet all at once.
A new school year is about to begin. For millions of children, that means new classrooms, new teachers and new routines. But there’s something else waiting for them every lunchtime: the school menu. And if you’re a plant-based parent, you may already know how frustrating that menu can be.
Too often, plant-based options are limited, repetitive or simply not there.
But a new school year is also a chance to change things.
Plant-Based Schools' parent workshops are a chance to meet other plant-based parents, share what’s happening in your local schools and find out how you can help make things better.
