A new school year is about to begin. For millions of children, that means new classrooms, new teachers and new routines. But there’s something else waiting for them every lunchtime: the school menu. And if you’re a plant-based parent, you may already know how frustrating that menu can be.

Too often, plant-based options are limited, repetitive or simply not there.
